The Peoples Project is a Smart Contract that offers rewards, and is a safe and affordable way to learn the basics of operating on the Blockchain.

This is not financial advice, this is information for those who are considering registering for The Peoples Project.

To register for The Peoples Project, you will need:

1. A MetaMask wallet to hold cryptocurrencies, with the BSC chain installed on it.
2. Cryptocurrencies: 28 BUSD and a small amount of BNB.
3. A referral link to take you to the registration website page (link buttons below).

MetaMask Wallet

This is a browser extension (Chrome or Firefox) that allows you to buy, receive, swap, store, and send cryptocurrencies. It is preferable that, to start, you install the wallet on your desktop or laptop (not as a mobile app).

To install MetaMask, go to the official site: https://metamask.io/

Once you have downloaded and installed the extension, you need to go through the process of creating a password. VERY IMPORTANT: RECORD YOUR PASSWORD SAFELY!

DO NOT save your password on your computer. If stolen, it can possibly be found by the thief!

You then create a wallet. You will be asked to record a set of seed phrases. VERY IMPORTANT: RECORD YOUR SEED PHRASES SAFELY!

You can create as many wallets as you like, for example, for your children, your partner, and for different projects. Each wallet has its own set of seed phrases which you MUST record.

Some tips on wallet safety

Installing the BSC Chain

Your MetaMask wallet is set to work on the Ethereum blockchain (or network) by default. The Peoples Project works with the BSC (BNB Smart Chain) blockchain. You therefore need to install it on your wallet.

1. Open your wallet
2. Go to https://chainlist.org/
3. Click “Connect Wallet” at top right. Your wallet will ask you to accept the connection.
4. Search for Binance Smart Chain Mainnet and click the button “Add to MetaMask.”

In your wallet, at the top next to the fox, you will see that you can switch between networks.

Loading cryptocurrencies

The Peoples Project uses BUSD to receive the registration, and to send rewards to your MetaMask wallet. You will also need a small amount ($2-4 worth) of another currency, BNB, for transaction fees such as swapping and sending currencies.

The simplest process is to buy $30-32 worth of BNB, then swap some of it for 28 BUSD.

You can buy BNB:

• On an exchange – Binance.com is cheapest
• In the wallet, using your credit/debit card

Buying on Binance

This is the cheapest way. If you are serious about getting into crypto and DeFi, we highly recommend you open a Binance or other exchange account, as you will use it frequently. You will need to perform a once-only Know Your Customer (KYC) process which might involve uploading a photo of your driving licence or passport.

Once you have bought your BNB, you will need to send it to your MetaMask wallet. We encourage you to join DeFi Freedom to find out how to send cryptocurrencies safely.

Buying on MetaMask

Make sure your wallet is on the BSC network. Click the Buy button, choose one of the providers (e.g. Transak), and use your credit/debit card to purchase BNBs.

Swapping

Make sure your wallet is on the BSC network. Then click the Swap button in your wallet to exchange some of your BNB to BUSD.

Click the lower triangle to change the lower currency to BUSD. Then enter the amount to swap. It must be equivalent to at least $28.

Complete the process, and you should see the BNB and BUSD amounts in the Assets section. If you don’t see the BUSD amount, click Import Tokens and add this contract address to the first field:

Registration

• Select one of the buttons below and go to The Peoples Project website.
• Click Register on the menu at top right.
• Go through the process to set up an account.
• Open your MetaMask and make sure your wallet is on the BSC network.
• Connect the website page with your MetaMask and approve the connection.
• Click the payment button, and approve the payment in your MetaMask.
• Check that the funds have gone out of your wallet.
• Log in to your new The Peoples Project dashboard.
• Just bring two friends to join you, and help them do the same!
